Whole30 is a 30-day elimination program that involves avoiding certain foods that may cause inflammation and cravings, and negatively affect hormones and gut health. It is like pressing the reset button with your health, habits, and relationship with food. At the end of the 30 days, you’ll carefully reintroduce the eliminated foods one at a time, like a scientific experiment, and then compare your experience physically and psychologically.
